Worgen from Cataclysm/Blizzard Entertainment
After thousands of matches played on both the Warcraft III Ladder and the World of Warcraft Tournament Realm, the best players from both of those games will do battle on the weekend of August 21-22. The event will take place at the Hyatt Regency in Austin, TX.
The prize for the top two teams/players from each game is a cash prize and they'll be invited to compete at BlizzCon in Anaheim, CA, later this year.
In addition to big screens to watch the tournament action, attendees will be able to play StarCraft II and demos of the upcoming World of Warcraft expansion, Cataclysm. A special treat will also be the availability of a playable demo of Diablo III!
Admission is free. For those who cannot attend, there will be a free video stream of the action on Blizzard's Regional Events website.
