UFC fans anxious for a show in Boston are closer than ever to getting what they want.
Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick signed a bill today that calls for the Massachusetts State Boxing Commission to become the Massachusetts State Athletic Commission and oversee MMA events.
Dana White expressed his tremendous pleasure with the news today on Twitter. As soon as details are finalized, the UFC expects to host a show in Boston's TD Bank Garden or Fenway Park.
