1st Quarter
- Darko just seems disengaged with the game already after missing a short hook and turning over the ball a few times. Hopefully Pekovic can turn it around quick.
- Everyone just seems off today with the shooting, but Love and Derrick Williams seem determined to drive the ball.
- Kevin Martin is on a very good shooting night along with Chandler Parsons.
2nd Quarter
- The Wolves have to be aware of the kick out as they keep sagging in too far. Shooters like Parsons, Dragic and Martin will absolutely roast them tonight.
- Pekovic is just an absolute bull inside. A player of his sheer size and strength just can't be pushed off the block.
- Anthony Randolph is finally seeing some burn after being stuck behind the bench for a couple of games. He's his usual inconsistent self with some great plays and some very boneheaded ones.
- This has been a really ugly half for the Wolves so far and the poor officiating hasn't been helping.
3rd Quarter
- Derrick Williams is really lacking the explosiveness that makes him so effective on the break and he looks really slow with the ball in hands. Definitely needs to make some adjustments.
- Kevin Love is on an absolute tear against the Rockets. He already is over 30 points and it's still only the 3rd quarter.
- Chandler Parsons seems like a very good choice for the 38th pick in the draft. He's long, athletic and plays with plenty of energy.
4th Quarter
- The Wolves are really letting the Rockets just jump all over them early in the 4th quarter. There are just too many open shots.
- It's rare to see Rubio hurt the Wolves, but he really isn't having a good game at all. Missed passes and too many turnovers aren't helping his case.
- The Wolves won't be able to cut into this deficit if they keep turning the ball over the ball at such a high rate. Kevin Love and Luke Ridnour have had multiple turnovers on what should have been easy passes.
- Adelman looks so dejected because it seems that this Wolves team just takes one step forward and two steps back especially with this 107-92 loss.
