Signing day is a week away for the Minnesota Golden Gopher football team and coach Jerry Kill.
The Gophers are reloading its linebacker group. The starting inside linebacker has graduated and the two outside linebackers are entering their senior seasons.
Here are the two linebackers in the current recruiting class of 2012. Recruits are listed based on their positions provided by Rivals.
Jack Lynn

ESPN Notes:He is active and productive against both the run and pass…has the size with enough athleticism to play outside linebacker at the collegiate level…his frame is capable of adding more body mass…his trait is listed as tackling.
MaxPreps’ Tom Lemming’s Notes:He is a versatile player…played wide receiver, running back, defensive end, outside linebacker and inside linebacker in high school…shows a very quick first step…has the frame to into the 240-pound range and is agile enough to effectively drop back into the passing lanes…shows range from sideline to sideline.
