The Bucks ended their five-game losing streak on Monday, beating the Nets 107-78 in New Jersey.

Richard Jefferson led the way with 29 points and 10 rebounds. Jefferson has only shot 40.8% during March, so this was a nice way for him to end the month. He was 8-12 from the floor.

Charlie Villanueva had 20 points, and Joe Alexander came off the bench for a career-high 16 points.

The Bucks as a team shot over 48% from the field, a welcome sight after struggling mightily throughout March.

The Nets, on the other hand, were held to 37% shooting. Leading scorers for the Nets were rookie Chris Douglas-Roberts with 14 and former Buck Yi Jianlian with 11.

The Bucks have wrapped up March with an abysmal 3-10 record. April has to be better, right?

Andrew Bogut will undergo some tests in the next week to determine if he’ll be able to play again for the Bucks this season. I wouldn’t count on it – there’s no incentive to do so.

The Bucks’ next game is on Wednesday with the Western Division-leading Los Angeles Lakers at the Bradley Center. Expect a large crowd for that one. Game time is 7p.m. CST.
