Dr. Conrad Murray, the controversial physician accused by many of presiding over the death of Michael Jackson, is back on the job and once again practicing medicine in Houston, Texas.

Murray's attorney tells the AP that Michael Jackson's former doctor, who remains under investigation, has resumed providing patient care at his private-practice office.

The reason? He needs to earn a living.

"He has not been able to earn a living since the death of Michael Jackson," says attorney Edward Chernoff. "His legal fees are enormous and his debts have mounted to the point where it is unclear whether he will be able to keep his house or support his family."

Although police are still looking into Murray's potential role in Michael Jackson's death, the former caretaker of the late King of Pop maintains that he has done nothing wrong.

No criminal charges have been filed against Dr. Murray.

Unbelievable! Only in America, that a doctor who has admitted administering propofol ( outside hospital setting) is still practicing medicine and whose license has not yet been suspended.

It's a disgrace that this so called doctor is allowed to practice again! If his irresponsible behaviour, that caused his patient to die, causes him to loose his job, his house, his family then it is his OWN fault! He allowed his patient to run his practice and his need for money to cloud his judgement! The court documents, that are available on-line to the public, clearly show that this alleged medical professional improperly used a hospital anesthetic for a condition it is not indicated for, used a questionable combination of drugs to induce sleep, had a lack of appropriate monitoring/resuscitation equipment and abandoned a sedated patient...with no way to monitor that patients condition! This alleged doctor has admitted to giving the patient this medication not once but over 6 weeks and admitted to stepping away from the patient for a few minutes on June 25. Result: DEAD PATIENT!!!

Doug You said it PERFECTLY...MY THOUGHTS EXACTLY!!! There is no way this man should still be practicing medicine. I hope those patients will be ok and not end up dead under his care.

From what I understand another patient is suing him also.

In reply to mjlovehere: Yes Michael was in life, and still is in death the victim of injustice. Murray, reportedly responsible for Jackson's death should not be practicing, he should be suspended whilst under investigation. In my opinion, if justice is to be served, Conrad Robert Murray will be charged and convicted.
