New Moon occured today, March 15th, at 9:02 PM GMT. The last lunation before the Vernal Equinox on March 20th, this New Moon occurs at a time when there are repeated seismic events, one happening in Chile even today. Taking that event as a clue, charts were made for the places in the world where the New Moon was in the Ascendent, the Midheaven, the Descendent and the Nadir as these would show likely areas that might show seismic events or volcanic activity within the coming six weeks. In addition, charts were made for the UK; Israel; the US; and Albuquerque, New Mexico where this writer currently resides.
A noteworthy aspect in the charts for the New Moon is a tight configuration, or stellium formed by Jupiter, the Sun, Moon, Mercury and Uranus in Pisces with Neptune and Venus close by in Aquarius and Ares, respectively. This configuration intensely pulls on the earth, and where the configuration was in the Ascendent, Midheaven, Descendent or Nadir at the New Moon there is sure to be some earth activity in the coming weeks. The Sun and Moon are simultaneously in conjunction and counterparallel with one another having the affect of simultaneously attracting and pulling against one another, the conjunction attracting and the counterparallel repelling. This is a very intense magnetic aspect. On top of that, the Sun and Moon are in conjunction with Mercury and Uranus, and are forming an opposition aspect with Saturn, the total energetic affect being tight and tense.
Looking first at Santiago, Chile, we find the configuration of Neptune, Jupiter, the Sun, Moon, Mercury and Uranus all in the Descendent, or western horizon, at the New Moon. Syncronus with this extraordinary configuration of planets at the New Moon in Chile was another earthquake. If we explore the line along the same longitude as Santiago, we find the area going down through western Argentina, then up through Bolivia, both known for earthquakes, then further up through western Brazil, then Venezuela, also known for earthquakes, and then up through the Caribbean, including Haiti, and then northward through the Atlantic.
There was recently an earthquake in Turkey. The New Moon in Turkey and the whole eastern Mediterranean region occured at the Nadir. The Nadir always signifies the land itself. The region of the eastern Mediterranian is very unstable, and may have an event within the next six weeks. This region includes, in addition to Turkey, the Black Sea area, Syria, Lebanon, Israel, and going soutward, east Africa, and northward, Russia. This whole area is subject not only to earth activity but to unsettled political and economic conditions in the coming weeks.
Looking at the New Moon at the Midheaven we find it exactly over Hawaii and northward into Alaska, especially the Aleutian Islands, all volcanic areas. In Hawaii we find Jupiter, the Sun, Moon, Mercury and Uranus all at the Midheaven at the New Moon. Mars in the second house of the Hawaii chart says trouble is coming up. This stands for Alaska as well. You may want to watch these areas.
Looking at the New Moon in the Ascendent we find it exactly over Beijing, China, and in the line that extends soutward through Shantung, Anwei and Fukien provinces, Fukien being known for its earthquakes, and then Taiwan. Taiwan recently had a big earthquake. More may be on the way. In the chart for Beijing we find Neptune, Jupiter, the Sun, Moon, Mercury and Uranus in the Ascendent opposite Saturn in the Descendent. This is a very heavy configuration and will cause quite a lot of movement and activity among the people in that area of the world.
All of the above mentioned areas on the earth appear to be potential earthquake and volcanic targets for the coming six weeks.
Looking now at the New Moon chart for the UK the the Stellium of Jupiter, the Sun, Moon, Mercury and Uranus occurs in the 5th house, bringing to the front affairs involving theaters, music halls, children, education, the birth rate, schools and places of amusement. In general we may say that there is coming an increase in the birth rate over the coming weeks and that the people are inclined to amusements, denoting a good time for performing artists. Uranus approaching opposition Saturn, however warns that there could be an explosion in a theater, a place of amusement or in a school. It will be wise to protect the children and to be cautious when at large parties and festive gatherings. The probability of this sort of thing happening is not very great, but the chart gives warning nonetheless.
Looking at the New Moon chart for the US the stellium of the Sun, Moon, Mercury, Uranus and Venus is in the 8th house opposite Saturn in the 2nd, bringing matters of finance and taxation and poverty to the fore. It also speaks of deaths of notable people in high circles. Moon coming to opposition Saturn indicates an increasing mortality among among the common people, especially women, and a danger of panics that can result in deaths. Stay away from crowds. Contrary to the chart for the UK that shows an increase in the birth rate, the chart for the US points to an increase in the death rate over the coming several weeks. The Ascendent of the US chart is at 29 degrees Leo conjunct the star Regulus. Regulus on the Ascendent denotes honor and wealth, but violence and trouble as well, also victory and scandal. Watch the news. 29 degrees Leo on the Ascendent says the people of the country are at the end of their tether and are angry.
Looking at the New Moon chart for Jerusalem in light of recent developments from the US Administration, we see the stellium of Jupiter, the Sun, Moon, Mercury, Uranus and Venus in the 4th house, the 4th house signifying the land itself. And the stellium is opposite Saturn in the 10th house, the 10th house denoting the Government. Saturn is retrograde. This means that the Government of Israel is bowing to the will of the people on the land, not to a foreign power. The foreign power, namely the United States, has vested interests in that land, as shown by this chart, and the United States' interests in Israel are standing in opposition to the Government of Israel. That said, Mercury, who signifies the United States presence in the Land of Israel, is in Pisces, Mercury's weakest sign, while Saturn, who signifies the Israeli Government, is in Libra, Saturn's strongest sign. Saturn retrogade is politely bowing to the concerns of Mercury. But Mercury is very weak. This means that the United States can't force matters with Israel. The Israeli Government is dealing with the United States in a considerate and diplomatic way. Mercury at the New Moon is combust, meaning burnt out and poweless, and is just coming to conjunction Uranus. That means that the United States is now quite powerless and has put itself in an unfortunate and compromised position with regard to Israeli affairs thanks to the recent undiplomatic rant of the Secretary of State.
Looking at the New Moon chart for Albuquerque, New Mexico we find the stellium of the Sun, Moon, Mercury, Uranus and Venus in the 9th house, traditionally called the House of God, a protected place. This is fortunate for Albuquerque. The Stellium is in opposition with Saturn in the 3rd house. This favors all people who are writers, especially those engaged in large scale entertainments. It also favors publishing, and brings legal affairs, shipping, scientific activity and invention to the fore. There may be a remarkable scientific discovery made these coming weeks. Uranus opposite Saturn warns of an increase in car accidents and a potential airplane accident. Be more careful in the NE and SW parts of the city and in the pass in Tijeras. The probability of an air crash is not very great, but the warning stands nonetheless.
