Since my cohort Kontinual passed me this book to read a few months ago, I've found it growing on me, to the point where a feature on it and its editors, Alan Moses and Brian Pattison, became necessary. In the following pages, you'll find the following about Glorious Times: A Pictorial of the Death Metal Scene (1984-1991):
- Coverage of the A Day of Death festival and the free live recording of Autopsy, Repulsion, Cannibal Corpse, Incantation and Deceased that the authors of Glorious Times are providing to the public;
- A review of Glorious Times: A Pictorial of the Death Metal Scene (1984-1991) written to showcase the rare insight into the founding of death metal that this book provides;
- An interview with Alan Moses and Brian Pattison, the editors of Glorious Times, in five handy parts: one two three four five (there's a "next" button on the upper right of each page so you can go through sequentially).
You can also read more about the book on the Glorious Times blog, or the Glorious Times myspace or even the Glorious Times Facebook presence. Even better, check out all three. Many thanks to Alan and Brian for putting up with my (geeky, incessant) questions, giving honest/thoughtful answers, and supporting the underground for all these years! It's guys like you who make me never regret for a second my involvement with this music.

The more I see this the more I am awestruck Brett. Honestly chuffed beyond any parameter the word means.
