Kent Moore is a retired sales manager for a statewide petroleum equipment company. He is an avid follower of Illinois politics and a self-proclaimed conservative. Kent is a veteran of the United States Army serving 13 months in the Republic of South Korea during the 1960s. A lifelong resident of central Illinois, Kent can be found many days fishing with his German Short-haired Pointer on various lakes around the area. Kent also enjoys writing about history, especially the Civil War.
