Age of anonymous medical marijuana patients
Day two of the "2010 Medical Marijuana Survey" (sponsored by Legalize Utah) is finding the survey highly popular, once again, with many anonymous respondents.
Some of the more interesting responses may be to question 7, which is "Do you use cannabis in place of synthetic or prescription narcotic drugs?" 76% of those responding indicates they do.
As to how these medical marijuana patients chose to utilize their herbal medication, 54% report smoking it, 15% either chose to vaporize or eat it with 8% drinking it and another 8% choosing "other".
Question 9 of survey asks: "Have you ever purchased any 'tobacco' paraphernalia' in Utah, such as bongs or pipes?" Answers to this question show that 83% have purchased glass pipes, 33% glass bubblers, 50% bongs and 50% rolling papers, all legally, in local Utah "head" shops, as long as it is never referred to as anything other than "for tobacco use only".
As to the question of when these survey participants first used cannabis for medical reasons, 38% reported ages 13-18. 15% ages 19-25, another 15% ages 26-30 and 31% ages 30 or older.
Some of the reasons given for risking incarceration in order to use their own choice of herbal medication included:
"Nothing else helps me feel alright".
"Because my health is more valuable than my freedom".
"Marijuana is not bad for you if vaporized".
Gender of medical marijuana patients taking this anonymous survey
"Drugs that doctors prescribe have chemicals that can be bad for your liver and have other bad side affects. Do some research and you will find that marijuana has the potential to actually cure cancer and other serious medical conditions if made and ingested properly".

Percentage of respondents who treat diseases or symptoms with cannabis
"Because it is a plant that helps us in so many ways. I know what I am putting in to my body".
"I live in California where people do not give it a second thought".
It is crystal clear that this LIVESTREAM survey sponsored by Legalize Utah is having far reaching effects and will, hopefully, have the same effects in Utah, as the goal of Legalize Utah is to "Educate then Legislate".
