Ramon J. Martinez owns and teaches through Heaven Mountain Gongfu & Taiji, Bel Air, Maryland. He has earned black belts in Tien Shan Pai, Tae Kwon Do, and the Cane Master System during his 40 years of training. He is a retired Federal agent and Army Reserve Officer, and is a certified instructor of defensive tactics and personal fitness.
