Chris Chard is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt, Certified Circular Strength Trainer (CST) and Certified Mixed Martial Arts Conditioning Coach (CMMACA). A veteran corner man of over 100 amateur and professional MMA fights, including UFC 96, Chris is busy making new warriors everyday at his Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Center of Ohio.
