Mark D. Hill is a proud native Californian, US Army veteran, graduate of UC Berkeley and a Coro Fellows Program. He lives in Tiburon, California and has three children. He has been involved in the political world since college, having worked with then Senator Pete Wilson and serving on the Governor's Economic Advisory Board during Governor Wilson's eight years as Governor. Most recently, he was the Chair of the Marin Republican Party and serves on the California's GOP's Executive Committee. He is often cited as a leading authority on the burgeoning public pension problems affecting states, counties and cities nationwide.
