The first spoiler from Scars of Mirrodin is official, Sword of Body and Mind was tweeted just moments ago by @MattWang97 attending the San Diego Comic-Con.

Sword of Body and Mind
3
Artifact - Equipment Mythic Rare
Equip 2
Equipped creature gets +2/+2 and has protection from green and blue.
Whenever equipped creature deals combat damage to a player, that player puts the top 10 cards of his or her library into the graveyard. Put a 2/2 Wolf token into play.

Based on Sword of Body and Mind, Scars of Mirrodin and possibly the rest of the sets in the block will be finishing off the powerful "Sword Cycle" from the original Mirrodin block.  That's pretty exciting news, as these equipment cards were serious bombs in Limited and are still very potent in today's Magic: The Gathering environment.

Sword of Body and Mind is significant enough, but other little gems gleaned from @MattWang97's Comic-Con tweets?  Elspeth will be back in Scars of Mirrodin in some form, as well as a brand new planeswalker known as Koth.  And possibly the biggest news of all - One of the Mirrodin mechanics will be returning in Scars of Mirrodin.  What will it be?

We're just barely into M11 madness and Scars of Mirrodin news is breaking already, this is going to be one crazy summer for Magic: The Gathering!  Scars of Mirrodin and Sword of Body and Mind are scheduled for an October release.
