In M10 they reprinted a 5 mana Time Walk, and now for M11 blue gets its hands on Time Reversal, a 5 mana Timetwister. The claims that Wizards of the Coast is biased against blue are falling on deaf ears, as some of the best gems from the golden age of Magic: The Gathering are being reprinted, albeit with "fixed" casting costs.
The artwork is mythic, the spell is mythic, and Time Reversal will definitely see constructed play. Time Reversal keeps the mythic slot genuinely flavorful and functional in M11, still waiting for the Necrotic Plague of M11's mythics to materialize.
Time Reversal begs to be used with anything and everything - an automatic inclusion to any Elder Dragon Highlander deck running blue, a king of the casual table and absolutely going to show up in Standard decks after M11's release.
Time Reversal plays like a bad TV advertisement for an energy drink. "Hand Empty? Feeling down? Turbo-charge your day with a little Time Reversal"
In Limited Time Reversal is a first pick, and not just because of the price tag that will be attributed to this blue blast from the past (Predictions point to Time Reversal settling upwards of 25 dollars or more, depending on demand it could go much higher like Gideon and Vengevine).
There's nothing better than being able to overextend safely, knowing that if your quick assault is stymied, you've got Time Reversal to reload with a rack of seven new cards. Of course, you've sent back anything dangerous to the opponents hand with your Æther Adept,

THey have just destroyed the game.
not broken, timetwister is already considered to be the weakest of the Power 9. Also somewhat reprinted at 4 mana Diminishing Returns and sorta 9 mana Temporal Casacade(Entwine). Time Spiral was only broken due to effectively being free.
