New Congressional Budget Office report: Obama has completely bankrupted America

AP Photo/Alex Brandon

Yet again, contrary to everything we were told by Obama at his comically phony "fiscal responsibility summit" about "pay-as-you-go," "cutting the deficit in half," and a "new era of responsibility," he is in fact exploding the deficit at warp speed and utterly bankrupting this country with trillions of dollars of unprecedented, needless debt.

The non-partisan CBO released its report today on the budget, projecting a staggering $7 trillion deficit by the year 2019.

The left's "counterpoint" to this will be laughable, as always. They will inevitably change the subject to President Bush and his dastardly willingness to stop genocidal terror-sponsors in a post-9/11 world.

They will be counting on Americans to forget not only that it was Democrats who destroyed the economy (and then used the fallout from their own policy disasters to get themselves elected), but also that Bush had actual, extremely expensive crises to fix...almost all of which were Democrat-created. The Clinton Recession, 9/11, Katrina, two wars, rampant outsourcing...Bush's entire presidency was spent doing damage control for non-stop, Democrat policy failures.

This would be as opposed to Obama, who is also cleaning up after continuous left-wing catastrophes, including his own (he helped block Fannie Mae reforms, raided it for campaign contributions on its way down, and even sued Citibank into lowering its lending standards), and has already spent far, far more than Bush could ever dream...on sleazy constituent-payoff scams that had zero impact on the economy. And now he seeks to pile on trillions of dollars more to address a fraudulent, invented uninsured "crisis."

Bush's spending was urgently necessary and a drop in the bucket compared to what Obama has spent on his relentless partisan scams.

"sleazy constituent-payoff scams that had zero impact on the economy. And now he seeks to pile on trillions of dollars more..."

I would like to condense the quote above to a shorter potent message for the poster I plan on taking to the next Anti ObamaCare protest.

My goodness. One would think from reading this drivel that the economy tanked after he took office. Smarter people remember that the economy tanked well before, and that it was the previous eight years of failed Cheney-Bush policies that caused it. As always, the rightwing appeals mainly to people with short attention span.

Absolutely 100% Correct. Every Single Word of It.

Bush and McCain both warned B. Frank where the whole Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac programs were headed, but with Frank "in bed" with the man responsible (unbelievably!), Frank told them to shove it. America was doomed from that moment forward.

They don't understand the definition of honesty. It means nothing to them. Nothing at all. Power is all that matters. Power to control. The actual truth of anything meant nothing throughout the Bush years (while falsehoods meant everything) and it means even less now.

We are now about to be insulted still further by Moore's latest twisted, deceiving and flat-out lying new flick. How can the left even think they deserve more than spit in the face for their arrogance?

These liberals need to take their hyper-conceited "We-know-what's-best-for-you" self-righteousness and move to Hell. Anti-American, anti-Judeo-Christian, anti-common sense crackpots.

    Every last one of them!

Actually, smarter people would recognize the BS fallacy you're peddling here: "Republicans were in office, therefore it must have been them who destroyed the economy"...contrary to ALL the freaking evidence showing the exact opposite.

    Get a clue, idiot.
