It is a testament to what an out-of-touch liberal RINO John McSpecter is that he is even the least bit uncertain about his looming vote on Sonia Sotomayor for Supreme Court Justice. She is a radical environmentalist loon, a gender bigot, a racist who supports discrimination against white people, and a blatantly hypocritical judicial activist who only pretends to care about the 10th Amendment when it can be used to undermine gun ownership.
What's the hold-up, Mr. McCain? The fact that you even see anything to contemplate hear says everything that needs to be said.
This is why so many actual conservatives didn't turn out for Election 2008. It was a choice between a corrupt left-wing extremist and a moderate Democrat, misrepresented as a Democrat versus a Republican.
It is also a perfect example of why Michael Steele needs to immediately implement the Robert Moon "Never Again" plan:
1) Stop letting non-Republicans vote in Republican primaries. It defies common sense and is one of the reasons McCain got the nomination. Steele would have to convince the states to go along with this individually, but it would prevent us from losing any more elections to RINO spinelessness and "civility."
2) Nationally synchronize the primaries. This would keep North Eastern "Republicans" from picking our candidates before the rest of the country can vote. Again, Steele would have to convince the states individually to participate, but it would be more than worth it in the end.
3) Confront the kind of media bias that got McCain the nomination, Lynn Cheney style.
