Demonstrating once again that the only thing bipartisan about Barack Obama is the opposition to his extreme ideas, CIA director Leon Panetta sided with seven former directors Friday, convinced that his own boss is needlessly undermining national security. Panetta still works under Obama, but made it clear that he completely disagrees with this move.
And what makes it so needless is not only the fact that these interrogation practices are the most lenient on the planet...and that foreign terrorists don't even have rights under our Constitution, but also that all of this has already been investigated. There is zero reason to expect anything new to come of this...other than Obama scoring political points with his America-hating base.

I am wondering if this guy will still be in office in 2010.
there isn't one thing that isn't corrupt about this sleeze bag and his gang of czars.
Violations of the Geneva Conventions, that's why this needs investigation. Actually, it's like the Enron prosecution, you have to have proof of criminal activity at the lower levels, then carry it up the chain of command to the top. Cheney, Rove, Bush, Wolfowitz, Rumsfeld, all the slimebags at the top who directed the CIA to commit crimes. They're the ones who ruined the CIA and ruined our international credibility.
