It's time to "Spring" ahead! Daylight Savings Time begins for most of the United States at 2AM on Sunday, March 14, 2010. In 2007, the length of Daylight Savings Time was stretched by 4 weeks as part of the 2005 Energy Policy Act. Only Arizona, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and American Samoa do not observe Daylight Saving Time. Likewise, the majority of European countries observe Daylight Savings Time as well.
