Autumn is my favorite season in Boston, and a bittersweet time of the year. With the end of summer around the corner, it signals the close of my international touring and days at the beach. But, like any season, it signals the beginning of a new cycle in life, work, and leisure.
So, with autumn comes the cool, crisp weather, the kiddies back in school, interesting new fashions and the reveal of new, promising retailers. It’s true the mother load of retailers can now be found at Legacy Place, the new 675,000 open shopping center in Dedham, but what I’m eager to take a bite out of is Hotel Chocolat, the power chocolate brand from London. The luxury chocolatier is expanding to the US and landing first in Boston – the City of Firsts! Boston is traditionally the hub for testing successful British brands.
Hotel Chocolat is about an experience, and getting away or submerging yourself in sensous chocolate... so, I plan to check in soon. For foodies, it is very interesting how the company grows its own cocoa on its own plantation in St. Lucia and is all about real quality ingrediants – hence its No Nasties rule. I’m sure my stay in Hotel Chocolat is going to be devine. So, get ready for fall, and enjoy all it has to offer including Hotel Chocolat’s Chocolate Dipping Adventure for Two with its pots of creamy white and milk chocolate and marshmallows.

Didi's Note: If you’re planning a birthday, book the party in its Tasting Room and open wide for amazing flavors like 82 percent organic dark chocolate with pink and red peppercorns and St. Lucian champagne truffles
