First up is a new product offering from Atkins Nutritionals, Inc. in their Endulge line of low carb bars called Chocolate Caramel Mousse Bar. The Endulge bars are meant to be more of a treat/dessert than as a meal replacement bar. This one is a perfect example; it reminded me of a Milky Way candy bar with a slightly more dense texture. VERY delicious, creamy texture and the caramel filling was a wonderful treat. Because this is an indulgence, it contains some extra sugar alcohols (11g) with 9g of fiber but only 3g of protein (2 net carbs; ok for phases 2, 3, and 4). Again, this is intended to be an indulgence so I don't recommend too many of these as some have reported issues with too much sugar alcohols.

This second bar from Atkins is called Nutty Fudge Brownie Bar. They did a pretty good job at making this one look really appealing; I have really been impressed with the visual quality of these new bars. It tasted slightly dry but the exterior of the brownie was more moist and a little softer so it balanced out in each bite. The taste reminded me of a Chick-Fil-A brownie, but much less sweet. The brownie has 6g fiber, 6g sugar alcohols and 7g of protein (4 net carbs; ok for phases 2, 3, and 4). From the Atkins website: "Atkins Tip: Heat the brownie in the microwave for approximately 15 seconds and serve with low carb ice cream such as Breyers Carb Smart Vanilla ice cream."
