Dr. Pepper has promised to make good on their vow to give every man, woman and child in the United States a free Dr. Pepper if Guns N Roses releases their newest album in 2008.

1. The coupons expire February 28, 2009 and will take about 4-6 weeks to arrive.

2. Parents will have to register for each child under the age of 13.

3. Coupons that arrive will give bearers a Dr. Pepper or Diet Dr. Pepper that is 16 oz, 20 oz, or 21 oz.
