There was a swirl of misinformation regarding who was getting what in the divorce settlement. This source has the goods. Just four days after the final divorce of Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren, TMZ obtained "legal documents filed in Martin County on August 27 . . . in which he lists himself as a 'single man' ... possibly for the first time since his marriage ended.
"Tiger also agrees to pay back the gargantuan loan by January 15, 2016. So, it seems there's one group of people counting on Tiger to make a comeback -- his lenders." TMZ
The New York Daily News in the interim tells us that he has moved into his new digs on Hudson Street in Manhattan and has already met a new neighbor with pup. There have been earlier reports that the mansion will include a tennis court, fitness center and multiple pools.
As I noted in an earlier piece: The truth -- until court papers are filed and an official document is released, who gets what in the final divorce package is sheer speculation. We keep hearing about the property in Florida. What about the other properties he reportedly owns? The real estate: According to New Homes, published last May, "Rumor has it that he owns property in The Hamptons (see images), Florida, California, Wyoming, and Sweden, where his wife is from.
"Apparently, his main home is in Florida, on Jupiter Island, with a population around 650 people, and has the highest per capita income per household anywhere in the United States.
"We know (or think we know) that he paid $38 million for this property, and then promptly set aside tearing down the house that was there so he could build his own idea of what he wanted his house to look like.
"There have been rumors of some of the features of the house. Supposedly it’s a 3-bedroom house with a wine cellar, media and game room. All in all, saving your marriage is best. Three reasons to stay:
1) If you don't solve the problem that was at the root of the infidelity it may manifest itself in other ways and even other relationships.
2) Forgiveness saves your health. Angry, bitter women determined to "get even" will find that hostility is a predictor of heart attacks -- as I have documented in previous articles.
3) When children are involved, you may wish to put aside the hurt, and take some time to consider how divorce will affect them.
Relationship Tip: Be joyful rather than judgemental

Unbelievable, and people here and everywhere are counting pennies and praying they turn into nickels and he spends 54 million on a house. Must be nice to not have a care in the world.

Tiger earned his money honestly with his talent, he did not cheat, lie or extort money from anyone. I thoroughly agree that there are people in dire straits in this country and around the world, but do not blame Tiger because he has done well.
This story has been all over the internet and what bothers me most is that this is no one else's business except Tiger and his lender. I can't believe that everyone believes that what Tiger does is open for discussion. He is trying to get on with his life. I know I would not any information about me and my financial transactions posted on every website. I applaud you Rita, whenever you post a story about Tiger, you state the facts in concise detail with no embellishing the truth.That is a rarity these days.
Tigger needs cheting.To cheat no woman is a nonsense.He firstable needs to have a woman and then he might cheat her.To cheat like he does is a very skill a few ammout of men have.
