The truth -- until court papers are filed and an official document is released, who gets what in the final divorce package is sheer speculation. We keep hearing about the property in Florida. What about the other properties he reportedly owns? According to some real estate publications, Tiger Woods owns homes in four states and one in Sweden. Photos at link at end.
This is what is being factored in:
* The prenuptial agreement
* Division of property
* A possible lump sum to Elin
* Child support for the children
What is at stake?
The children: For Tiger Woods, what he cares most about are his children. Chances are he will enjoy joint custody in some form in which he and Elin must make decisions about the children together.
The real estate: According to New Homes, published last May, "Rumor has it that he owns property in The Hamptons (see images), Florida, California, Wyoming, and Sweden, where his wife is from.
"Apparently, his main home is in Florida, on Jupiter Island, with a population around 650 people, and has the highest per capita income per household anywhere in the United States.
"We know (or think we know) that he paid $38 million for this property, and then promptly set aside tearing down the house that was there so he could build his own idea of what he wanted his house to look like.
"There have been rumors of some of the features of the house. Supposedly it’s a 3-bedroom house with a wine cellar, media and game room. It also has a boat house, pool, gym, a small golf course, and a place to dock his $10 million yacht." Tiger Woods House - Where Does Tiger Woods Live? | New Homes PHOTOS AT THIS LINK

Thank you Rita, for your enlightening article. I wish one of your fellow "Examiners" would adhere to the truth instead of reporting her "story" as fact. Poor Tiger and Elin, two people who desperately need their solitude have had so much written about them that I am surprised they even want to show their face any more.
Thanks again for reporting the "Facts" as you know them. It is refreshing to see an online story where the writer uses the word "speculation. You are a rarity, Rita.
How kind of you! / R
Great job reporting the facts. There are so many out there that don't tell the real story. It is refreshing to see when you write it is real and if you aren't sure you tell everyone you will find out and get back with the truth. Good reporting!
That was some house in the photos...the pictures are very impressive.

Very good reporting and I did subscribe again. I don't know what happened. I'm in again, sorry!
