Two about Tiger Woods are in the news. As I reported earlier several news sources said that Tiger Woods mortgage was held by a company in which Elin's lawyers were involved. Also, I began to question the NYC apartment and even put out a notice to New York real estate agents on Twitter this morning asking -- would Tiger Woods move into Soho?
Story One: the mortgage
The Miami Herald reported that Tiger Woods was making payments to an entity called JRD Florida Ventures LLC. This is a Virginia registered company in which several articles list the name of attorney Dennis I. Belcher, a partner at McGuireWoods, the firm involved in representing Elin Nordegren.
Based on several real estate reports Woods paid $44.5 million for 12-acre property at Jupiter Island. Plans for the mansion include: tennis court, several pools, an oxygen therapy room, a fully equipped exercise room, and a practice golf course.
TCPalm News -- two curious addresses
TCPalm reports two interesting addresses: JRD Ventures at 8815 Conroy Windemere Road and The Tiger's address at 8934 Conroy Windemere Road.

Story Two: No NYC digs for you, Tiger -- and where is your Cougar?
Page Six says that Tiger Woods would not move into that apartment building. Page Six is good enough for me. Sorry Tiger, even if Blake Lively of Saturday Night Live, who played your Elin in the spoofs, would be a neighbor -- the building is getting a thumbs down.
What about the Cougar he is supposedly dating? No word or where she might be cuddling.
