I love memories and nostalgia. Every New Year's Eve we would sit and write out happy memories, if we hadn't had too much champagne. We would think about those moments when we were daring and fresh and carefree.
Sometimes a really good love turn-on is simply to tell your guy a story from the past in which you thought he was the hottest hero in town.

As nostalgia-drenched as my writing often is, I truly believe that building on times gone by is one simple way to make the most of the future.

Alison tells me that this is the story of a woman who returns to her hometown and discovers that her favorite movie theater has been turned into a bookstore.
"Nostalgic, she wanders in for a look around, pining for the good old days of the 1980s.
"But then something inexplicable happens--by the time she is back outside in the alleyway, she realizes she has also gone back in time, to 1983!
"Now an adult, she's free to enjoy the parties, the nightlife, the men. She even ends up dating a young teacher from the local high school--her high school--another interloper from the wrong time, but someone who was also determined to save the theater from being sold," says Alison. Yes, he's seen me back when in my twirling uniform! Music is another way to walk down memory lane. Even if it's today's music; recently we saw Tim Mcgraw in concert; OMG, lots of concert goers got lucky that night!
