Love lies: Brangelina PR stunt ; Edwards sex tape restraining order (video)

Has the whole Brangelina split simply been an orchestrated attention grabber because they had been passed over for Oscars?  So let's see -- what else could they do for a headline -- the National Enquirer has it here: BRANGIE SPLIT PR STUNT?

If it is all a lie then the joke is on us who lapped up their lines, their moves, their tantrums, Brad's beard, Angie's sex toying around.  Is this about a love lie or loving to lie for the sake of a headline? Brad, Angelina Enjoy "Affectionate" Night Out

Or perhaps these two are living a love lie because the truth about their crumbling marriage is too difficult for either of them to face. They should face it and fix it -- or move on without the drama that certainly must be affecting the children.

The John Edwards, Rielle Hunter sex tape, and keeping news from Elizabeth:

The story called Exclusive Breaking News in the National Enquirer focuses on the John Edwards sex tape and it appears that Rielle Hunter has a restraining order to keep it from going public.  Andrew Young, the aide who blew the whistle on John Edwards is now hawking his tell-all book.  But Rielle Hunter wants the sex tape -- apparently made while she was pregnant -- and photographs. There have been so many lies in this whole sordid mess, that Pinocchio is beginning to look like an angelic vision.  If there were lies to protect Elizabeth, that would see plausible.  If Edwards lied to protect Rielle, that too could be considered a love lie.  But lies upon lies from a man hoping to be president -- and the deceitful aide whom he chose to trust -- is all too tawdry.
