What are Fantasia Barrino and her married lover Antwaun Cook thinking? The gossip is that they are planning on moving in together. Her family is opposed to this entire arrangement as he is still a married man. And to complicate matters, her boyfriend moved out of his home in North Carolina, one of the seven states where alienation of affection laws are in place. The seven states include: Hawaii, Illinois, Mississippi, New Mexico, North Carolina, South Dakota, and Utah.
Keep in mind that a marriage is never over until the divorce papers are signed. When someone comes between a couple, it dramatically reduces the chances for a reconciliation. Infidelity Forgiveness and Reconciliation
Lawsuit already filed
CNN reported on August 15th that "A North Carolina woman has filed court documents naming "American Idol" season 3 winner Fantasia Barrino as a primary reason for her divorce. The woman is seeking custody of her two children, alimony and other monetary support. Barrino has acknowledged the relationship and apologized, saying through her manager she was led to believe Antwaun Cook had left his wife." Alienation of affection laws explained by Attorney Lee Rosen (See video at the end of this piece).
Now how is it that she is apologizing on the 15th but making plans to move in as reported on the 20th?
Couple moving in together
This is what RadarOnline.com is saying: "The couple are making plans to move in together and have been in talks with VH1 for a new reality show about their rollercoaster relationship.
"The former American Idol winner recently reconciled with Cook after she unsuccessfully tried to take her own life when he ended the relationship."Radaronline
Fantasia's career
In terms of her career, ABC News is reporting that Fantasia is moving forward despite personal challenges. "Fantasia has endured a roller-coaster couple of weeks as the object of media attention. First she was named in a divorce case that includes sex-tape allegations, and then she was hospitalized for a "medical overdose." But none of that is stopping the former "American Idol" champ from honoring a previously scheduled promotional tour in support of her third album, "Back to Me." Fantasia's challenges

I hope she decided against babysitting this con artist and is watching her money. If they are shacking, I'll bet you my life it's in a place SHE bought.
