Caroline Upshaw graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a B.A. in English, and continues to support her local arts and music community through her writing. She can often be found front row and singing along to one of the many local bands she loves in the Richmond music scene, or entertaining potlucks, art nights, and parties at her home that she shares with her boyfriend and two cats.
