The first batch of Dave Matthews Band 2010 summer tour dates runs from May through September and includes the usual group of amphitheaters and arenas, as well as a few stadiums, signaling that perhaps DMB wants to get back to playing larger stadium-sized venues more regularly.
The closest concert dates to the Chicago area are two in Noblesville, Indiana in June and two in East Troy, Wisconsin in July.

The Dave Matthews Band were the number one touring act of the 2000s, according to industry magazine Pollstar, grossing more than half a billion dollars on the road.
DMB are nominated for two Grammy Awards at this weekend's ceremony, including Album of the Year. They will also perform on the telecast.
