Paul Curtice was born and raised in Phoenix. A music fan from an early age, he played in late 90's local punk bands including Welfare Kids and fell in love with the Phoenix live music scene. He was briefly involved in local event promotions and became friends with many local bands. Paul still enjoys attending live shows and seeing new bands.
