    Might I add the landmark Supreme Court decision Marbury v. Madison? Therein, Chief Justice John Marshall established the revolutionary principle of judicial review. Nerd alert.

    I appreciate seeing The Killer Angels in the top three. I haven't gotten around to the Federalist Papers yet though.
