Xbox 720 must impress in order to attain success

Xbox 720 has not been announced quite yet, but it looks like Microsoft will need to bring the best it can in order to top what Sony did.

According to a report from NowGamer on Thursday, Cowen and Company analyst, Doug Creutz talked about how Microsoft may still own this current generation, but Sony did a great job with their presentation for PS4.

"Right now [Microsoft] have the pole position based on current-gen standing.

"But I did think Sony did a good job last night and Microsoft will have to bring there A-game. Will it Sony claw back market share? Way too soon too tell," Creutz said.

Creutz then said the PS4 made a strong impression with people last night and that if he were Nintendo, he would be worried.

"I think Sony made a very strong pitch to gamers last night that the PS4 is a worthwhile upgrade from the PS3. They have yet to make that pitch to a broader audience, which will entail giving more detail on their strategy on the multimedia side.

"If I was Nintendo I would be worried. The PS4 really does look like a next gen console compared to the Wii U," Creutz said.

Creutz then went on to provide his thoughts on the rest of the PS4, and you can check them out in the list above and below.
