WWE Main Event (2-6) and Smackdown (2-8) spoilers

WWE taped this week’s Main Event (which airs tonight on ION Network) and Smackdown (which airs Friday on SyFy) last night in Jacksonville, Florida. Thanks to Chris Z. for help with the results.

MAIN EVENT

-Cody Rhodes opens the show and demands to have Booker T put him in the Elimination Chamber match. Booker isn’t there but Michael Cole informs Cody he will face Sheamus tonight.

-Sheamus defeats Cody Rhodes via pin fall.

-Damien Sandow defeats Tag Team Champion Daniel Bryan via pin fall after Kane’s pyro going off distracted Bryan.

-Cameron and Naomi defeat Tamina and Aksana via pin fall.

SMACKDOWN

-Big Show opens the show, telling the crowd World Heavyweight Champion Alberto Del Rio is suspended for the night. He then who calls out Booker T and says Booker is the one who told Del Rio what hotel he was in on Monday night. Booker says he did not but makes Show vs. Tag Team Champion Kane for later tonight.

-Cody Rhodes defeats Kofi Kingston via pin fall.

-The Great Khali defeats Titus O’Neil via pin fall. After the match, Mark Henry comes to the ring and lays out Khali. Booker T then comes out, which leads to Henry wanting a spot in the Elimination Chamber. Booker says he will give Henry a spot if he can beat Randy Orton later tonight.

-Big Show defeats Tag Team Champion Kane via pin fall. After the match, Alberto Del Rio is shown backstage with Show’s bus as the wheels are stripped. Show runs back, only to have orange paint dumped on him by Del Rio.

-Jack Swagger defeats Justin Gabriel via submission.

-Tensai defeats Drew McIntyre via DQ when Jinder Mahal and Heat Slater interfere. Brodus Clay makes the save.

-United States Champion Antonio Cesaro defeats Sin Cara via pin fall.

-Mark Henry defeats Randy Orton via pin fall to qualify for the Elimination Chamber match.
