WWE taped this week’s Main Event and Smackdown last night in Little Rock, Arkansas. Main Event airs tonight on ION Network while Smackdown airs Friday on SyFy. Thanks to Chris Z. for the results.
MAIN EVENT
-Chris Jericho opens with the highlight reel. The Miz was scheduled be the guest but because of his beat down at the hands of Antonio Cesaro on Raw, he’s replaced by Alberto Del Rio and Ricardo Rodriguez. Dolph Ziggler interrupts. Del Rio challenges Ziggler to a match later in the night.
-World Heavyweight Champion Alberto Del Rio defeats Dolph Ziggler via submission.
SMACKDOWN
-Big Show opens the show with a promo but is interrupted by Chris Jericho. After saw jaw jacking back and forth, Booker T comes out and makes Show vs. Jericho for later in the night.
-Mark Henry defeats Randy Orton via DQ when Orton used a steel chair. After the match, Henry lays out Orton.
-Tamina defeats Layla via pin fall.
-Brodus Clay and Tensai defeat two members of 3MB via pin fall. After the match, Seth Rollins, Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns lay out Clay and Tensai.
-The Miz defeats Cody Rhodes via submission.
-Jack Swagger defeats Zack Ryder via submission.
-The Rock comes to the ring and cuts a promo on CM Punk. Punk and Paul Heyman show up on the Titan Tron with Rock’s WWE Championship as Punk reminds Rock of the stipulation for their match this Sunday.
-Big Show defeats Chris Jericho via pin fall.
