A cursory glance at any retail showroom would lead you to believe that spring started nearly a month ago. The almanac tells us that it will arrive promptly on March 20th 2013, but anyone familiar with Pittsburgh can tell you that winter isn't always so cooperative and is apt to outstay its welcome. In 2012, The 'Burgh saw snowfall as late as April 23rd and low temperatures in the 40s in mid-May.
