This Sunday's game at Ford Field in Detroit (also known as "Motown") features two of the top five quarterbacks in fantasy football.
Detroit's Matthew Stafford is No. 2 among quarterbacks with 166 fantasy points, according to Yahoo! Sports standard scoring system. It puts him 77 points behind Denver's Peyton Manning and two points ahead of San Diego's Philip Rivers.
Dallas quarterback Tony Romo is No. 5 with 157 fantasy points. He is seven points behind Rivers and just one point behind New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees.
The two teams enter Sunday's game with ambitions of winning their respective divisions and making the NFC playoffs. Dallas is 4-3 and holds a one-game lead over the Philadelphia Eagles in the NFC East. Detroit is 4-3 and is one-half game behind the 4-2 Green Bay Packers in the NFC North.
Each team has a premier wide receiver - Detroit's Calvin Johnson (aka "Megatron") and Dallas' Dez Bryant. Each team has a principal running back - the Cowboys' DeMarco Murray and the Lions' Reggie Bush.
Though the game will probably be decided by the intangibles (e.g. injuries, penalties, turnovers), the attached slideshow looks at the key match-ups in this critical week 8 game.
