Warming trend on the way

If you are tired of the cold, there is some good news in this weather forecast. After one more chilly start on Thursday, temperatures are going in the right direction. Expect a morning low in the middle 30s to start out the day. Under mostly sunny skies, high temperatures are going to head into the 60s! This means it will be a “dress in layers” day to accommodate both the morning cold and afternoon warmth.

As we head into Friday, a weak cool front will approach the region. This means clouds will increase and there will be a chance for showers. The front will not have a lot of moisture with it so only expect a few scattered showers Friday afternoon. Highs will once again be in the middle 60s.

Heading into Easter weekend, the weather is looking gorgeous! We will see plenty of sunshine both days with highs in the 60s on Saturday and 70s for Easter Sunday. If you are going to sunrise church service or an early brunch, expect morning temperatures in the lower 40s.

Our next weather system to contend with will be on Monday and will bring another round of rain showers.

It will be one more chilly start, but the afternoon will be nice.  A jacket may still be required if you are heading outside for lunch though.
