Vegetarian cookbook: Self Magazine's blueberry smoothie

Self Magazine has posted a "Detox 10" challenge that my boyfriend and I have undertaken. It requires that you eat vegetarian meals for one week. This is the first breakfast, and it is wonderful and believe it or not, very filling.

1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup plain 2% Greek yogurt
1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 T chia or hemp seeds
1 scoop Visalus protein powder

Blend first four ingredients til smooth. Blend in powder til smooth.

Serve immediately.
