Valentine's 2013: Where to wear it

If the explosion of hearts and flowers in every grocery and big box store in the Huntsville area hasn’t tipped you off, yet, Valentine's Day is nearly here. Whether you face it with the excitement of a new romance or the dread of fighting other desperate parents for the last Fun Dip Valentine on the candy aisle at Kroger, the celebration of romance with all of its trappings gives us another excuse to consider what to wear.

Your approach to the night may vary, but whatever your plans, or who you celebrate Valentines with, it’s lovely to look and feel fabulous-- especially in February. While you might be of a mind to run out and buy something brand spanking new for the occasion, time and experience make most of us a little wary of ensembles meant for one night only—even underpinnings. So, consider the following combinations, most of which are based on favorite go-to pieces already in your closet.
