A flurry of five runs in the sixth inning by the Utah Utes wasn’t enough to defeat the Cal Bears, who won the Utes home opener, 9-5, on Friday. For the Bears, Trevor Hildenberger got the win and Keaton Siomkin earned his first save. Chase Rezac was scored with the loss.
