Although technically it is still summer the unofficial start of the fall running season kicks off this weekend.
This is probably the best time of the year to run. It is a good time to do a local 5k or step up your distance for a 5 miler or 10k. The cooler brisk air makes running the longer distances much easier.
This coming weekend features on Saturday the 33rd Annual Brielle Day 10K. There are not many 10K‘s around anymore and this is a great event with a challenging hilly course through Brielle.
Then on Sunday to mark Pediatric Cancer Month it is the second annual Mya’s Run for the Gold.
