Who's ready to Rock? If your looking to rock out in Baltimore this spring there are plenty of venues that showcases local and national acts. Whether your looking for soft rock, hip-hip, pop, to hardcore rock music, there is definitely a place for you to rock out in the Baltimore area. Although there are numerous concert venues in the area, these are my top three choices in the area. Please feel free to comment and let me know if your favorite spot didn't make the list and explain why you feel it's the best rock venue in the city.

Rams Head Live!

Rams Head Live! is located at Power Plant Live in Downtown Baltimore. Rams Head has additional locations in Annapolis and Maryland Live! Casino in Hanover, Md. The venue will feature the rock group Alter Bridge on April 21--which is sold out.

Baltimore SoundStage

Soundstage is one of Baltimore's newest concert venue. It currently occupies the old Mist nightclub spot on Market Place near Power Plant Live. SoundStage features numerous concerts including the Maryland Death Fest concert series this coming summer. The venue will also have Jon B and Musiq Soulchild perform this spring.

Meyerhoff Symphony Hall

The Meyerhoff Symphony Hall is a Baltimore staple since 1982. The hall recently had the musical 'Hair Spray' in the Winter of 2012 and also recently had John Williams of 'Star Wars' fame perform there as well. the venue is located at 1212 Cathedral Street in downtown Baltimore.
