Friday the 13th the day has become synonymous with Horror movies. Jason Voorhees, the star of those eponymously named films, cuts a swath through unwitting victims. Slashing enough camp counselors to fill an entire graveyard.
But, on this scary day I decided to write about a different kind of slasher flick, ones made mostly in the 1970's and that also featured an unseen murderer (often only witnessed wearing black gloves), known as the Giallo. Lurid mysteries, influenced by master filmmaker Alfred Hitchcock, cloaked in vibrant atmospherics and spooky music. So, to avoid any more bloodshed, here are my top ten Giallo films of all time.
