According to a Sept. 5 report from TheIslandNow.com, Huntington's Paramount has been ranked as one of the top 25 clubs in the world by Pollstar Magazine - the concert industry’s leading trade journal.
“Our mission from day one at The Paramount has been to create an enjoyable concert experience that not only audiences, but artists also want to return to,” said Brian Doyle, co-owner of The Paramount and long-time concert industry veteran, in a press statement. “From the moment you walk through the doors, you are transported to another world as the energy of the room gives every concert-goer the feeling that they are in for an amazing show.”
“We are grateful to the support of our partners at Live Nation who have done a tremendous job in helping us bring first class talent to our market,” Doyle added.
Stephen Ubertini, co-owner of The Paramount , sees the venue’s meteoric rise in international rankings as evidence that they are doing something right.
“It is always a great moment to hear such world-famous artists like Rob Thomas from Matchbox Twenty say ‘this is one of the most amazing venues I have ever played,’ or Don Henley of The Eagles telling us ‘I am blown away by the energy of the room.’ This is why we work so hard to make the experience so special - for the musicians and for their fans,” Ubertini said in a press statement.
The Paramount, located in the heart of Huntington Village in Suffolk County, is easily the top performance venue on Long Island, as they have shows coming up from Stone Temple Pilots, the Fray, ZZ Top and many more.
