The Super Bowl is done and gone and now it's time to talk about the commercials. The commercials are intended to be a break from the drama of the game while attempting to expose a product, movie, etc. to a wide audience. The commercials are meant to spark emotion within people and this year they certainly have. From humorous commercials many of which made this list, too revolting and offensive commercials from go.daddy.com, even the ones meant for pulling at the heart strings that make you want to cry. The commercials are even intended to shock as what I thought was a banner commercial ended up getting clearance and was seen by millions. Sodestream ended up airing their spot so good for them, time will only tell if the spot was worth 3.75 million dollars.
When it comes to these commercials, there is no shortage of variety or controversy and one that caught many peoples' eyes and attention featured the "God Made a Farmer" speech used for a Dodge Ram commercial. Many didn't know what the commercial was advertising until the last frame. Turns out the commercial that seemed to ooze American proud wasn't even shot in America.
