Top 5 adoption events in Los Angeles for Valentine's Day

  PROMOTIONS February is the month of love! Celebrate by bringing home a cat or kitten to love forever! We have many wonderful cats of all ages, sizes and colors! Your adoption fees* include spay/neuter, microchip, testing for FIV and FeLV, deworming, flea control, a free well kitty vet visit and a lifetime of love and companionship!*Regular adoption fees:  Kittens under 6 months $115; Cats 6 months to 5 years, $75; 5 years and up, $50. The adoption fee for a second cat or kitten is always half the first when adopting two!  Audrey and Eldad Hagar have been fostering hundreds of animals in their home for the past eight years.  They created Hope for Paws to help animals in this country who suffer and die every year because of negligence and abuse.  They also created a huge network of rescuers from all over the world on their Facebook pages.Our fostered animals are a part of our family and are treated as such.  Too often, people undervalue their furry family members and abandon them in their backyards, on the streets or at the shelters.  These animals die from starvation, abuse, and euthanization because of the overcrowding at the shelters.Pets are not items that can be thrown away or exchanged for younger models. She’s one of those gals who makes you feel like a million bucks with the flash of her smile. Her face lights up with every “good girl” she hears. It just pleases her silly to know she’s making you proud. Donut follows her friendly play-bow with a shower of nose kisses, but her sweet face is what’ll get you. Those eyebrows! They’re big blonde punctuation marks that convey exactly what she’s feeling. And her tail seems to be set at a constant “chill wag.” She’s housebroken and crate-trained. She’s a total love bug and will take as much affection as you want to give. -- She’s a smart pooch who responds well to patience and positive reinforcement. -- Lady D loves -- and needs -- regular walks, and she would benefit from even more vigorous activity. Best Friends Animal Society Los Angeles: The first weekend after Valentine's Day, there will be pet mobile adoption events on Saturday and Sunday. Check the website as not all events will offer both cats and dogs as your new fur baby.
