6 - Get soft, supple skin!
Don't break the bank trying to get rid of dry skin. Instead, look to your kitchen where items like sugar can be just the exfoliant you are looking for. Combine two parts white or brown sugar with one part olive or coconut oil. Gently rub into skin to buff away dry and dead skin and then rinse away with warm water.
7 - Hydrate your dry skin with your favorite snack!
Yep, avocados are delicious but your skin will eat them up just as fast as you will if you let it. The monounsaturated fats and antioxidants found in them can keep your skin moisturized, help reduce redness and irritation, and maintain its suppleness. Smash up one avocado and spread it across your skin. Leave on for twenty minutes or so, then rinse with warm water for ridiculously smooth skin
8 - Lighten your hair with lemons!
Containing citric acid, lemons can help open up your hair cuticles. Combine that that with UV rays, and you’ve got yourself a natural lightening agent. Squeeze juice from four lemons and mix with ⅓ cup of water in a spray bottle and spray evenly onto hair. Soak up the sun for about 45 minutes (don’t forget your SPF!). Rinse your hair thoroughly and condition well for hair that is a few shades lighter.
9 - Banish blemish redness with Visine!
Is the redness from a blemish overshadowing your whole look? Soak a cotton ball in Visine and place it on your zit for a few minutes. It won’t make your blemish smaller, but it will minimize the redness, at least for a few hours.
10 - Get luscious lashes!
Are you tired of battling with your stick straight lashes? Grab your blow dryer and heat your eyelash curler for a few seconds prior to use to give your eyelashes some great shape. Make sure to test the temperature by touching the curler on your palm before using.
