Top 10 most innovative gadgets of the 2000s

Last evening, CNN talked about the most innovative gadgets of the 2000s. Their top choice was the iPod, which they claimed changed the music industry forever. Other items on their list included the iPhone, the iPaq, the Amazon Kindle, and the Sony PlayStation Portable.

The 2000s really brought us a lot of new technology products that nobody thought would ever exist. Remember, during the early part of the decade, how exciting it was when you found out you can record television shows on a hard drive rather than a VHS tape? Remember how exciting it was that you can watch movies on your own phone?

Let's also not forget that before the iPad, there was the Tablet PC, which came out in 2002. Even though the Tablet PC had a very niche market (and poor battery life), it did lead the way for future tablets that we have today.
