1.) ITU World Triathlon Series
The global, pre-olympic qualifying series kicked off in Auckland, New Zealand this past weekend. As the first of an eight event series, Auckland boasted elite participants from all over the world. The sun was out and so were the spectators for this dynamic three sport event.

Chicago plays host to the series June 27-29th. Chicago locals should come enjoy the spectacle that the elite athletes provide. The race is centered around the historic and iconic, Buckingham Fountain in Grant Park.
